Information you send us
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, and message. You may also provide a phone number, preferred unit size, and move-in date. We use this information to answer your question and help with your storage request. Please do not include payment card details, bank details, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
How inquiries are handled
Inquiries are sent to our support mailbox. Our website hosting and email providers process information needed to receive and deliver them. We keep inquiry information as needed to respond, manage the request, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Connection and security information
Hosting services may record your IP address, request time, browser information, and pages requested. The contact service also uses limited rate-limit records to reduce spam and repeated submissions.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to load and manage website tags. Loading Tag Manager connects your browser to Google, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser information. Tags configured through Tag Manager can collect website usage information or use cookies. We do not add inquiry form contents or payment details to Tag Manager's data layer. Google Maps
The embedded map loads only when you choose “Load interactive map.” Loading it connects your browser to Google, which receives connection information such as your IP address and may use cookies under its own policies. Opening our directions link also takes you to Google Maps. See Google's privacy policy.
Rental accounts and payments
Unit requests and Tenant login open our Storeganise portal. Information you enter there is handled by the rental service and its payment providers under the notices shown in that service. This marketing website does not collect payment card or bank details. A website inquiry does not create a rental agreement.
