Our approach
We aim to make this website usable with a keyboard, assistive technology, and enlarged text. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target. This is a working target, not a claim that every combination of browser, device, and assistive technology has been independently certified.
Using the site
- Use the “Skip to content” link at the start of keyboard navigation to reach the main page content.
- Interactive controls have visible keyboard focus and text labels.
- Prices and availability use words as well as color.
- You can close an enlarged photo with Escape and return to the photo link.
- Phone, email, and directions links offer alternatives to forms and the embedded map.
External services
The rental portal, payment services, and Google Maps are separate services. If any part of those services prevents you from arranging storage or accessing your account, contact us so we can help you find another way to complete the task.
Report a problem or get help
Email support@juststoreitmoberly.com or call (573) 473-6634. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the difficulty you encountered. You may include your browser or assistive technology if that helps describe the issue. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Office/contact hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Central time. Tenant access is available 24/7; these are separate from our contact hours.
